All doll charms are art pieces and should be treated with care—they are delicate by nature. The doll itself is solid clay, so it shouldn’t crack or chip from normal use (ex: bumping against your phone in your pocket). The wire loop is made from a kiln-safe wire that may break with rough treatment. (ex: If you attach your doll charm to a zipper, don’t use the doll itself to pull the zipper, as this puts undue strain on the wire.)
